🌿 Shipping & Delivery Policy

House of Enfleurage ships from Washington State with care and craftsmanship. All orders are made, packed, and shipped by hand in small batches. Please read below for details on domestic and international shipping, as well as important information about our alcohol-based perfumes.

📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or limited releases, processing time may be extended slightly. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping (Domestic)
We ship within the continental United States via USPS and UPS.

  •  Free shipping on orders $75+
  •  Estimated delivery 3–5 business days once shipped

🚚 Ground Advantage (Preferred for Perfumes)
Alcohol-based perfumes are classified as flammable and must be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail cannot be used for these items due to postal regulations.

🌴 Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
USPS only offers air shipping to these locations, which cannot be used for flammable goods. Please select UPS at checkout if available. If no options are shown, we may not currently ship alcohol-based products to your region.

🌍 International Shipping (Oil Perfumes & Solid Perfumes Only)
We currently ship to: Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Norway, Switzerland, and Chile.

  • Estimated delivery 6–18 business days depending on customs

❗ Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and other taxes are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are assessed by your country’s customs office. House of Enfleurage is not liable for any customs delays or additional import fees. Please check with your local customs authority prior to ordering.

⚠️ Alcohol-Based Products & Hazmat Restrictions
Alcohol-based perfumes are considered flammable and require special handling. We do not ship alcohol-based perfumes internationally. For international orders, only oil perfumes and solid perfumes are available.
