🌿 Returns & Exchanges

At House of Enfleurage, each perfume is slow-crafted by hand using rare botanical ingredients. Due to the intimate nature of fragrance and the delicate materials involved, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once shipped.

We encourage customers to try our 1mL sample vials before committing to a full-size bottle. Sampling ensures the scent is a good fit for your preferences and chemistry.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@houseofenfleurage.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

📌 All Sales Are Final

  • Full-size perfumes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Samples, seasonal blends, limited edition pours, and custom formulations are also final sale.
